Awful experience. I purchased a used Land Rover with 20k miles from this dealership, even though I live nearly two hours away, because they had the exact vehicle I wanted. Within just 5,000 miles, the tires already needed to be replaced—despite the fact that I do not drive aggressively. The brakes had been squealing from the moment I left the lot, but I initially assumed it was just brake dust and would resolve itself. It never did. Service work performed has always met my expectations
Land Rover of Troy was excellent thru our entire process. After driving our new (used) Ford Edge home, we immediately had engine problems. It took some time, but Land Rover of Troy did the right thing and replaced the engine, even tho they didn't have to. Everyone I worked with thru the process was friendly and professional. 10/10.
PLEASE READ NEGATIVE REVIEWS BEFORE BUYING ANY VEHICLES FROM THIS PLACE AND PLEASE STAY AWAY!!! Dealership is full of dishonest people. They sold me LR with badly repaired ALL four doors and BOTH rear quarter panels. Few weeks after vehicle was delivered plaster started cracking. I contacted my sales guy Moe Salha with paint meter gauge video and he finally admitted they don't really check for body repairs. Really? So why would they sell expensive used car from "authorized" LR lot and claim that vehicle is in excellent shape... read more
