Ok, so I shopped online for a vehicle and found a car that I liked at this dealership "Land Rover of Tampa" I went through the entire process, financing, trade in, and received an order number AND my monthly payment! I waited, noone called me so I gave it a few days. Then I called and a (manager) informs me that THAT car was sold? NOW, they did a hard credit check on me and my wife that has in turn lowered our scores. What kind of people do that?? If you don't know what your doing, you should not be in business.

I bought a 2018 Velar on November 2021, it's certified car and car report shows no issue on this car. After I purchased and started to drive, the engine light on and I went to the dealer to check it and they said my car need a maintenance and charged for $1200, they told me the car has no issues. I took the car back and the next day when I drove on the highway, the engine stop working and the car slow down on the highway, so I had to move a side and the light was on again.
