Great service! Mike Kelly goes above and beyond.
Mike, my Service Writer was outstanding to work with. He always kept me informed with every detail and process of my repair. He also fought hard with my Extended Warranty company to get as much covered as possible, and found every way to save me money in the long run. Lastly, being given a loaner vehicle while they had my vehicle was a real game changer in allowing me and my busy family to keep moving as usual.
Great service! Michael Kelley my service advisor is a great guy, he took care of all my needs and concerns with the servicing of my 2022 Discovery sport which is a great car, and he kept me informed throughout the service appointment while I waited. He even offered to give me a loaner vehicle just so they could give it a good wash and detail. Now thats service. I have absolutely no complaints. And the loaner was the vehicle that I'm interested in buying next.
Wonderful experience with the service department having ceramic protecting installed. Tatyana was very helpful and communicated timely every step of the way!
