23-year customer of PPR here. PPR has repaired and maintained 5 of our Land Rovers: Discovery II, LR4, Defender 110 (classic, diesel), Range Rover Sport Supercharged x2. Communication, competence, technology, creativity - all reasons why I don't even consider going to the dealerships' service centers anymore. If I had another badge on my cars, I'd take them to PPR, too. They usually have an Audi, BMW, VW on a rack, too.
Awesome group that were very willing to spend a few minutes with me on the phone trying to diagnose my brake issues, as I'm traveling through CO from CT, and stranded 4 hours away from them. Thanks guys! It's always great when dealing with kind people these days.
