Will ABSOLUTELY be a repeat customer. I have never had such a smooth car buying experience before. Bronson Hilliard was friendly and very personable right from the beginning. He kept us up to date on a few things we needed for our car and even helped out over a month after the sale with some paperwork I needed. Fabulous communication and customer service that you always find anymore. The staff was very polite and we had a few nice conversations while we went through different steps of the buying process. Highly recommend.
Our experience at Land Rover Southwest Houston was nothing short of disappointing. The staff here is unprofessional, and they will flat-out lie to you to earn your business, making promises they fail to deliver on. The problems started from the moment we arrived. We had an appointment scheduled with Daniel, but upon arrival, we were told he was suddenly unavailable and were passed off to Bronson.
