I had an unfortunate encounter with the salesperson Steven Hill regarding a recent purchase. His conduct was highly unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful. I was attempting to trade in my vehicle, but his remarks were inappropriate for a professional environment. It is clear that additional training is necessary for the sales team. I’ve been servicing my Range Rovers at this location for years, and Mark has been my advisor for most of that time. He’s consistently professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable about these vehicles. Mark always keeps me updated, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the work is done right the first time. It’s rare to find someone in service who genuinely cares about their customers, but Mark truly does. I trust him with my vehicles and the level of customer care he provides is outstanding.
