Gennaro helped me with my car and he was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Land Rover. The company failed to deliver what was promised and showed very little interest in resolving the issues I experienced. Instead of working toward a solution and ensuring customer satisfaction, they offered excuses and avoided taking responsibility.
