Excellent, prompt and courteous service throughout.
Have gone for service 3 times and each time was met with rudeness or indifference by their front desk staff. Their sales department is great. But considering I bought the car from them, I would think they would be much more helpful in servicing the vehicle. I'll have to find better alternatives.
On Friday, December 12, 2025, both key fobs to the 2024 Land Rover stopped unpaired and were inoperable. Via phone, Service Department tech Jose patiently tried to troubleshoot issue. Unable to resolve, I brought the car to the dealership an hour before closing on a busy Friday. The entire service department, including manager Jeremy, worked diligently past closing to rectify, and even warranty the work. The professionalism is greatly appreciated.
was on line saw car i was interested in made contact with LR sunday Ben called me Monday am made appt went in with friend who has two LRs.He was the best salesperson I have ever worked with. He explained everything (sometimes more that once) and we made a deal I was happy with. my trade was ok but have to say Ben and Loretta and of course Will reassured me my purchase was good. Will also helped me navigate the computer and I LOVE my Discovery!!! very helpful, insightful and I feel honestly would recommend this dealership.
