The service representatives and technicians are so nice. Only reason for any good stars. However, the car is not fixed after spending over two thousand dollars on the routine 60,000 mile service and all recommended updates and cares. We are having to reset the infotainment system almost every day because the safety system stops working, sometimes while driving down the road with my baby in the car, suddenly no AC in the extreme heat.
