Left me in the lobby for 4 hours after forgetting about me. They continued to not service my vehicle and/or test drive before giving it back. Had to return as I heard god awful noises coming from the car, just to return and be told they didn’t even finish the work on my shocks. They are unprofessional, incompetent, and are unbelievably rude. The woman there is an absolute nightmare with an inflated ego.
