Their sales staff is rude and unhelpful after they sell you the car. Barely two weeks after we purchased the used certified car (10k miles) it broke down in San Diego on Memorial Day. Service was closed but SALES told my 24 year old daughter to call “tomorrow” and hung up. They didn’t even give her the number to Range Rover towing which we had to lookup on the internet. Had a fantastic experience purchasing my vehicle from Land Rover Santa Monica! Derek was our sales consultant and he was helpful, easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. Tony was the person who helped us thru the financing, and he was terrific, explained different options about things very clearly so we could understand. Very pleasant all around car buying experience! 10/10 would recommend!
This dealership is unbelievable in December. I responded to an ad to purchase a limited edition. Yes. Vi drove from out-of-state after arranging it with the salesperson when I got there, they could not find the key. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Anyway, they shipped it to my house out of state.They sent me two key jobs without the valet keys that go in the top of them, well, I called them and asked them what it would take to get those.
