Buying a 2024 Land Rover Defender should have been an exciting experience. Instead, it turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing transactions I’ve ever had. Land Rover San Juan has delivered the worst service I’ve encountered from any dealership, luxury or otherwise. The car has recalls, serious ones, and no one at the dealership bothered to inform me.
