I left this dealership feeling taken advantage of. I came in for a standard 60k mile service, but the moment I stepped out of my car, the sales manager immediately tried to upsell me into buying a new vehicle before anyone even looked at mine. I had a great experience at JLR San Francisco that completely turned things around after a rough start. My first service visit wasn’t great, there was a lack of communication and follow-up from the original service advisor, which left me pretty frustrated.
