Purchased a used vehicle from Land Rover Richfield. Was pressured into financing through them at a higher rate. The delivery of the vehicle was completely botched. 3 months later and I finally fixed the issues with no help from the dealership. No follow ups. No responsibility taken. Sent the general manager an email and got no response. Seems like they don’t care about customer relationships. They only care about making sales. Very disappointed with my experience. Would highly recommend going somewhere else.
