Alondra, Justin and Mike were all very professional and made this sale happen with grace and professionalism
Cody, Alan, Michael and Jacob were all great to work with. This was our second vehicle purchase from Land Rover Rancho Mirage and both experiences were top notch!
Brandon in sales provides 5 star customer service and goes above and beyond for his customers! He made the experience of buying a car fun and stress free. Wish I could say the same for finance dept... once it was time to sign the whole experience went south... very disorganized and unprofessional but Brandon's helpful personality definitely made up for it!
I have been a proud customer of Land Rover Rancho Mirage for over 20 years. The quality of the brand paired with outstanding customer service has kept me here. From Chad, who was my favorite service technician who is now in a leadership role at Audi, to Sam who is now my favorite service technician. And now I can add James in Sales to the list. His support with the purchase of my new Range Rover recently was great. This company is a solid 5 out of 5.
