Initial experience NOT good. I just left having spoken with Karen. She barely explained anything to me. I'm a 6 figure car buyer, new to RR's and VERY scared of their reputation. I have to say she did nothing to allay my fears. Her attitude was very dismissive. I don't need my rear end kissed but I would like at least a LITTLE handholding before I hand over a 6 figure check. Good LORD. Very much turned off by this experience.
