From the moment I walked into Land Rover Princeton, I felt like a valued customer. I made an appointment and they had the car I wanted to see all ready to go waiting in the garage - I could really see their commitment to presenting their vehicles in the best condition possible. I purchased a used vehicle, and it looked absolutely pristine under the hood and in the interior. My salesperson, Nolan, and the team couldn’t have made the buying experience easier - I love my new car!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with this shop has been absolutely unacceptable. On September 2, 2025, I brought in my vehicle for a mirror replacement and discovered afterward that my camera — which was in excellent working condition — was removed from my damaged mirror, reused in the replacement, and I was still charged $641.13 plus tax for it.
