The worst customer service experience of my lifetime. My vehicle was towed to the dealer. They offered no short-term rental/loaner accommodation and then proceeded to keep my vehicle for 4 weeks for a relatively simple fix. During that time, they would not answer or return any calls to provide an update. To make matters even worse, my check engine indicator returned twelve hours after my $1,500+ repair. Two weeks and several calls later, I still have not received a single response from the dealer.
