We purchased a pre-owned Mercedes from this dealership and our sales person, Weston Neveu, was outstanding. He was quick to resolve some minor issues with the vehicle. The experience with the sales manager, Gretchen Van Gorder, however, was a different story. She was condescending and arrogant, dismissing our concerns by stating 'Well, it is a used car'. We almost walked away from the deal, but Weston was able to make amends and address the repair issues to our satisfaction. Thank you, Weston!
