The service department here is terrible. My service rep was a super nice dude and was always trying to do his best but they never ever seemed to be able to get the car repaired and it was constantly in the shop for the same issue. The service techs here have no idea what they are doing. They also never have loaners and when they do, they are dumpy vehicles. I got a loaner that i had to return bc roaches ran out of the a/c vents. Another that smelled like a wet dog. Another that someone left a blunt in (i have kids!!!!). I st... read more

We had a great experience buying our new Land Rover Defender at Land Rover North Dade. Ingrid was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the process. We stopped in, saw the Defender in the showroom, loved it, and bought it that same day. Ingrid took care of almost everything we asked for, followed through promptly, and handled the details very well.
