I desperately arrived at 10 minutes before closing and the gentleman who was ready to go home to his family gave me the extra time to help me make it home to my family. I was on the road three hours away from home and I got a flat tire. I have a special needs Child and had to get home to her and I was very grateful to receive the help.
I bought a new 2025 Range Rover sport from these people. I am now on my third major issue. Getting it in for service in a timely matter, has been a problem. It’s so frustrating to spend $90,000 on a vehicle and to have one thing after another keep happening. Now it seems it’s the transmission, so this could be a big deal. I have been very disappointed in my vehicle and my experience with Land Rover Service. and to top it all off, I waited four months for this car to arrive.
