Terrible customer service when it’s comes to their service center. They never call you back, they are very forgetful and are a complete headache to try to deal with.. they gave us the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had with trying to get our car serviced here. Very disappointing for a luxury car dealership. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!! We attempted to work with Mario and it was horrific, so we’ve taken our business elsewhere.
