I made an offer on a vehicle and was told there was a $2,000 upcharge for Penske coverage. A price not listed ANYWHERE on their site or in the description of the car. They agreed to not charge me but said because they were offering me this "discounted" price they could only hold if for 48 hours, not the 5 days it was going to take me get there, which is actually understandable.
