I came to Land Rover Metro West for a scheduled appointment with Reza and the experience was surprisingly disrespectful for a dealership representing a luxury brand. I was there with my father, and the way we were spoken to and handled felt dismissive and unnecessarily humiliating. My experience buying my now 3rd Range Rover was the best yet! There was alot of attention to detail to make my customer experience a great one! Saurabh was lovely and picked up my asks and wants very positively. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you are thinking of buying. Marshall, the financial manager was also great too!
