I purchased a Discovery, which I understand is one of the more entry-level models—but it definitely felt like the level of service reflected that. While our car was scheduled for pickup at 4 PM, we arrived early at 3 PM and began signing papers right on time. Range rover Etobicoke is the best location in Canada. Dont even bother calling the mississauga dealership they never pick up and they have the worst service in compared to other locations and ive been to many all across canada. This location picked up my call in 3 rings. I would rather drive the extra distance to get 1000% extra better service. I’m not satisfied with the customer service at this dealership. Before purchasing the car, they were very responsive, even outside of business hours. However, after the sale, they became completely unresponsive. The person who delivered the car had no information about it, and I had to handle the registration of the InControl system myself. Additionally, the registration of the InControl system was supposed to be done by the dealership, but they didn’t do it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just picked up my brand-new 2025 Range Rover Sport and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Reza — super professional, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Despite the fact that my car is brand new, they treated it like a 1990 model. Even though the parts they replaced were supposed to be new, they don’t fit the car properly. There are constant clicking noises and visible gaps between the parts. They also replaced the brake disc, but now every time I press the brake, it makes an extremely loud and disturbing sound.
