I can now understand why there are other negative reviews about this dealership. My experience with Geovanni Dunn, Fixed Operations Manager at Jaguar Land Rover Metro West, was extremely disappointing. Initially, everything seemed professional and accommodating. However, once I raised legitimate concerns and asked questions regarding how matters were being handled, the tone of the interaction changed significantly. Saurabh provided excellent customer service, answered all our questions, helped us test drive ranger rover sport and Defender, he helped us get a good deal and was helpful throughout the process. Highly recommended, ask for him next time you're there.
