Update: based on the response below to call to restore faith. I have called, I have messaged and there has not been a resolution. You have quoted 14k to repair the subframe on a 6 year old vehicle that was serviced through your dealership for all of those years with no indication of damage and denied the claim saying it’s “normal environmental damage”. My experience while there is always good. I am on my 2nd Land Rover Vehicle. I leased my vehicle new in 2018 and had my car serviced by the dealership, always. In 2021 it made more sense to purchase so I kept the vehicle and fully paid it off. After my warranty service period was over, I took my vehicle to a person I trust that has serviced my BMW.
