Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you are going to pay for a luxury vehicle/service I suggest you go anywhere but here. The amount of time they had my vehicle to service it, the lack of communication while they had my vehicle and the disregard to my concerns has been something I wouldn’t have expected out of a buy here/pay here lot. Horrible experience. Negotiated on a Defender and was told by the sales person they were going to get back to me first thing in the morning since they left for the day and let me know when they can deliver the car to me. The next day never heard from them, only to find out that they sold the car that same night(although they didnt knot it was sold when they left for the day apparently?) No one even mentioned to me someone else was looking at it (car dealerships know when a deal is in the works) and they decided to have me on... read more
