We recently purchased a Certified Used Discovery from the team at Land Rover of Louisville. We were impressed from start to finish with transparancy of sale and finances, without pressured upselling of after market services reviewed with us. A couple months after the sale we had a small persistent battery issue with the vehicle, a normal maintenance type item for a used vehicle. You know you are dealing with a professional organization run by incredible people when you can buy a car when just passing through town :) We had been searchingfor a particular make, model, and trim package and Land River Louisville had what we were looking for. If you are an out of town buyer (ie not from Louisville, KY), look somewhere else. First, expect several days before your hear back from someone. Once I did hear back, I thought I had a deal on a Defender. After agreeing to a deal with the GM on the phone, the GM emailed me saying he needed to "hold off" to make sure it was ok with corporate. Totally understand JLR has restrictions on selling out of market. 1. Don't agree to a deal until you are certain and 2. Be respectful and at least respond to customer emails...Ultimatel... read more
A huge shout out to Dylan Gordan and Mike Moorman who displayed extreme patience & diligence when searching for my specified 2025 Land Rover Sport. I was very picky and they had to search large & wide within their sister network; plus was done ‘manually’ while their network was down due to a security breach.
