World class service. Tyler the GM is an extremely knowledgeable and humble guy. He and his staff stayed late and got me taken care of. Thank you for a seamless experience.
Everyone there was so nice and pleasant to work with. We were shopping for my daughter a new car and had horrible experiences everywhere we went. We got a nice used land rover for the same price as lesser cars at other places and they were amazing to work with. The sales guy Malek, the sales manager Mike and even the finance guy at the end was amazing. I have never been here but would highly recommend it!
This dealership is full of friendly and helpful people. Managers Mike Moorman and James Sipes listened to my concerns and took great care of me.
Horrible customer service and the AI robot in the chat lies and insists that it’s a real human when it’s not. I pulled up in my work truck as a business owner and they were assisting other customers in the parking lot, but ignored me and then locked the doors to close the day down. Nobody addressed me, gave me a business card or asked me to come back or even spoke to me whatsoever, I was here looking for a vehicle to purchase cash. Just bought a used vehicle here. The buying process was actually enjoyable. The staff was polite and very easy to deal with. The Sales manager is more than fair. If you are looking for a new or used car I recommend this car dealership. When you arrive, ask for Kaylee. She is very easy and does not pressure you at all. She made me and my wife feel very comfortable and welcomed. She is a true professional.
