From the moment we walked in (regarding an issue with service) he listened to us, worked diligently to get answers and information, and took interest in what we needed and wanted. To know we have a point of contact in the future to help communications, puts us at ease in our next Range Rover purchase.
My leased vehicle is throwing a low coolant light despite me filling it repeatedly and the company is (a) not bothered by it and (b) unable to secure a loaner vehicle. So I am left with a staff response that is basically “we don’t have loaner vehicles for many weeks out, so deal with it”. Ok, folks - this is your vehicle. I’ll do my best to keep it going until you can secure me something to drive, but this is on you.
