LR of JAX deserves a shout out for exceeding customer service expectations. I came in for vehicle service, I was immediately greeted by super friendly staff.,It was like I was a guest,Daniel came out to help me get checked in, he was so welcoming,offered me some refreshments while he was getting my information. Very disappointing experience at this dealership. I came in after seeing a vehicle listed for sale online, only to be told it was actually going to be used as a loaner car and not available for purchase. On top of that, when I walked into the dealership, no one bothered to greet or acknowledge me. It left me with the impression that my business wasn’t valued at all. A dealership should treat every customer with respect, regardless of who they are. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I had one of the worst experiences at this dealership. I went in genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle, only to be met with disrespect and clear discrimination. From the start, the staff had nasty attitudes — they acted as if helping me was a burden. What really bothered me is that they told me the car I had seen online was “no longer for sale.” But once I inquired about it online under different circumstances, they immediately sent me all the details.
