The office ladies were so kind and were able to squeeze my car in to be serviced on the next day even though they had a full schedule. They were very helpful and sent me an inspection report with prices on my car via text, and I was able to choose what to have serviced on my car. It was a very easy process and my car was finished in three hours.
RRJ has had my vehicle for one month. In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out what’s going on. We’ve been in a rental for a month. No help with a loaner and as far as we know, nothing has been done to our auto. This is a warranty repair that was fixed 9 months ago by RRJ and we are having the same exact problem again. Most recently, we were promised a phone call on Thursday and after 2 messages and 3 calls from us on Friday, no one has reached out to us.
Doesn’t answer phone calls and horrible service. you would think they would hire more people so the amount of cars they get in.
