Still waiting for an update on my Defender after two weeks I dropped off my Land Rover Defender at this dealership two weeks ago and haven’t received any update since. No one has contacted me, and despite leaving several messages, I still don’t know if anyone has even looked at my vehicle yet. I recently purchased BMW 740 from Jaguar Land Rover Honolulu. I am from Tucson, AZ. That was long and complex process but well done and organized by Dakota. He helped me from very first call, answered all my questions (many ) , provided additional photos and videos about the car, disclosed all minor damages (not many) , presented few options for transport , helped me with finance department and finally with MVD in Honolulu to transfer title. I just purchased a Land Rover Defender. Everything from start to finish at Velocity of Honolulu was seamless. Typically purchasing a new vehicle is a process that takes a lot of time and effort. From picking the vehicle, to adding accessories, to walking through the details of using the vehicle, and the whole purchasing process through finance was a breeze. Pretty poor service department customer service and a terrible service scheduling website! I moved to Oahu with the military and brought my Defender with me. I have always been able to schedule service with Land Rover online at previous dealerships, but here, for some reason, the only thing I can schedule is a safety check, and add in notes (in this case diagnosis of low coolant warning lights). I never did come to this building before but I had some time so I decided to stop by. They have a lot of cool sport cars and other brands too. I parked upstairs, and when I walked in I was greeted by one of the guys with Jaguar and Land Rover. He showed me the layout of the store and answered my questions. Overall a great time if you like cars.
