I cannot begin to express how amazing Dana, the service advisor, and Michael, the service technician, at Land Rover Hilton Head are. While traveling alone from Florida to North Carolina, my check engine coolant level light came on. Since I was fairly close to their dealership, I called with low expectations for getting help. However, it was my lucky day when Dana answered my call. She got me in right away, and Michael delayed his lunch hour to get me back on the road safely. I appreciate Dana and James. Normally, a service experience isn't all that pleasant and explained. I appreciate those service team members for showing empathy. Also, it was great speaking to a fellow veteran who is employed there (Billy).
