Update: The service manager saw this review and offered me $300 to remove it - I also confirmed with previous mechanic that there were no missing bolts or broken clips in the engine bay before the dealership got the car, so my best guess is they got upset i didn't buy a part from them at 50% mark up and took it out on my car - STAY AWAY it used to be we would bring the car to the shop and were charged a diag fee so they can take a look at whatever was wrong with it, now we are charged separate diag fees for each item we repo... read more

My family have a ranch over for and always before I go over there and call and I'll make the order all the part I need but sometime the good section is he got his own shop to take care of you please call before you go over there don't you don't lose your time.
