Rob Kelleher, the general manager is always so accommodating to us whenever servicing needs to be done. Dean, Amanda and the entire team is so friendly and helpful to our needs. This servicing appointment was no difference. They delivered my loaner directly to my house and took care of everything in a timely manner. Made sure everything was covered under my warranty! Love this dealership! The entire staff (sales, service and parts) was so helpful and kind while hunting down info for accessories I'm considering. The service techs are super fast and thorough. The detailing service made my Defender look brand new. Tom handled my entire service process and answered all of my questions to make sure I had everything I needed. He really went above and beyond. I won't be going anywhere else for service.
