FRAUDS AND LIARS. Bijan Albarian is a salesman there, and he has tortured me for almost 6 weeks. I did a test drive based on a good internet price, and then he and I negotiated a deal - all in writing - for the car. But when I am on the way there he says the car is not available. He wants to sell me a more expensive car, though. I insist he get a car to fulfill the deal and legal obligation he made. Great Experience All Around! – My husband and I just bought a new Range Rover Sport Supercharged from Terry. He was terrific all around. He gave us a very fair trade on our old car and the entire experience was totally pleasurable, something unusual when normally buying a car can be a hassle and a long experience. Moe in finance made things a breeze. The whole staff were not only pleasant but we look forward to buying our next car with them.

Not trustworthy – Land Rover Encino's repair quote: $1,700 minimum. What I paid to an outside mechanic for the job: $300. I expect to pay a premium at the dealership. They have special knowledge and equipment. But more than FIVE TIMES the cost? That's not a premium; that's a dishonest mechanic. Not only that, they told me there was a "50-50 chance" that once they did that initial repair, I'd have to spend another $4,000 on an engine rebuild. Absolutely Not – I leased a vehicle from Land Rover Encino in Feb. 2008. The staff there was much different, more service oriented (or so I thought). Within a few mos to a year, most of the people who were assets to the dealership were no longer there. Dexter, their "best" salesman, sold me my Range Rover. He has done absolutely NO follow up since Feb. 2008. My lease is ending. I need another vehicle & I have never received correspondence from the dealership or Dexter to aid in me choosing possibly another Land Rover vehicle... read more

Avoid this dealership!!! – The sales staff and management of this dealership and of its sister dealership, Range Rover South Bay should be listed in a dictionary under "sleaze." My daughter recently telephoned to report that she had successfully negotiated her first car deal. She was very, very proud. The deal included Land Rover Encino's taking her old leased vehicle in on trade and leasing her a new vehicle at no additional cost except for the customary drive-offs.
