I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment to replace the second-row cup holders and was told it would take 2–3 hours. I drove in from Las Cruces with my son and accepted a ride to lunch while we waited. When I later called for pickup, no one came. I called again 30 min later, I was told they had forgotten my son and I.
