I had one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had at Land Rover El Paso, and I would strongly caution anyone considering bringing their vehicle here. My Land Rover was towed in for a starter replacement after I called ahead and confirmed my 11 a.m Monday appointment. I was told my vehicle would be looked at as soon as it arrived and that timing wouldn’t be an issue.
