Very unprofessional dealership when it comes to the service department. My wife and I left out Jaguar for service on multiple occasions. Every time we leave our vehicles it takes a ridiculously long time for the vehicle. I'm talking at minimum a month. And when you call to get an update you are met with your call going straight to voicemail. And no one ever returns your calls or messages you leave. Has to be the all time worst dealership ever! I went to get my A/C fixed they held the vehicle for nearly a month before telling me the issue was resolved. After paying over $1,000 I drove off the lot testing the A/C which of course did not work. I took it back and after another two weeks was told it was now fixed. Paid another $900 just to find out it was still not fixed. Took it back for a final time where they held it for another 3 weeks. Well, this is my first time purchasing a vehicle from this brand in the U.S., and honestly, I am very disappointed. The new Discovery I bought had issues on the very same day I drove it off the lot. I’ve been paying for this SUV for four months without being able to use it because it has been in service. The vehicle has a major issue where water leaks inside every time I take it to the car wash or when it rains, as it did in November and December.
