I'm feeling a little discouraged because I originally gave Land Rover a 5 🌟 But, now I've been back for the same issue 3xs, which is a little redundant! I'm not sure if the mechanic knows what they're doing, but I really would like my issue fixed without having to drive back & forth!! The staff is still awesome. They are very attentive, and they take care of you! But I'm giving a 3 🌟 only because the mechanic has NOT fixed my issue!!

This time, the service was faster. It makes a difference when you have one of their loaner cars vs. just dropping yours off. I'm talking 24 hours turn around time.

Horrible Experience, Very racist organization, disorganizes and management is lacking in many areas especially deductive reasoning skills. I’ve had a few incidents with customers service, scheduling maintenance, maintenance getting on time. I’ve had to sue many years ago. I will either purchase my Range New Rover Sport 2024 all in the next a couple of months from Hilton Head Range Rover or Florida.

I will NOT be bringing my car back here EVER! I brought my car in for oil change, mileage service. I waited there. I was told 1/2 hour. 3 hours later and over $1070.00, on the way home, lights started coming on and now the battery is dead. UGH! I am so disappointed.
