The absolute worst thing that you can do is to buy service contract through them. It’s a 3rd party company. I bought a so called service contract and my car was destroyed in the hurricane. I asked for a refund but was told there was an early termination fee. The cost of the contract was $3500. I used the service schedule once a year for oil change and tire rotation.
