Dropped vehicle off for service, was to retrieve it approx 3 days later. Was informed the day of pick up part will now be a week late. I asked to come get the vehicle until part came in and they stated I could not as the malfunction is a liability. Fast forward to Monday the next week I was informed part would be in Tuesday by 2:15pm and I would get a text back confirming and how long service would take.
