Hats off for Cheryl and Brian on the Pre-Owned department. Just bought a 2020 Evoque and couldn’t be happier. They are busy (which is a good thing, it happens for a reason), but they are still on top of everything. Want to inquire about absolutely anything? No problem. Test drive? No problem. Need a little extra time so you can get in and leave with the car the very same day? They get you covered. They even follow up after the purchase to make sure everything is good. Awesome place, make sure you check them out!
The worst customer service I have ever had. EV sport problems with the battery not charging and they treat me like an inconvenience after spending $120k on the car...seriously buyer beware!

I lease and service my Land Rover Defender from the team at Orloff Land Rover Chicago. Lee Zarras is my guy in service. I had an issue with my passenger side airbag and the dash indicator was lit up. Lee was concerned. Took the Defender in and Lee gave me a loaner. Light off, the Defender was returned. Then, the same thing happened. Defender back and another loaner. Service replaced the harness.
