Land Rover Chicago has much experience servicing Range Rovers as they have had mine (‘23) in the shop every month for the past three months (radiator keeps leaking ). Very pleasant service advisors that feel like family now (I’ve programmed them into my favorites on my iphone), and I have gotten to know their service department better than any other car makers (take note Mercedes, BMW, and especially Lexus). They have the whole process down to a science. 100% would go back when my RR’s radiator breaks down again next month.
Sean is my sales person put me2 days on hold promising vehicle and he is disappeared , two days after waiting he blamed his manager, he also was reading my insurance card and refers me to my social status. probably better avoid this place and buy elsewhere
