I was pleasantly surprised by the service. I was there when they opened, greeted by a very polite gentleman who lead me in, introduced me to my service advisor. I was shown to the waiting area. James Nicoloff is the man! I was out in less than two hours, with a video of my vehicle to boot. A complementary Wash !!!
Prem knew the product and I’m glad I did not leave after the vehicle I was originally looking for was in service and they were closed. He was a no pressure but ensure I saw different colors of the vehicle I was looking to purchase and even though I did not get the white Defender 110 I love the black one I ended up purchasing. The dealership will have much success as long as the customer encounter a Prem. I appreciate Khoi showing me how my vehicle works and the neat features. Great experience
