I could not be more disappointed with the service provided by Cape Fear Land Rover. My wife bought a new discovery two years ago. The brakes have been squeaking since we bought it. We’ve had it in a couple times for this and they said they cannot duplicate the problem. They did drop off a car for her to drive. the gentleman who picked up her car could hear the squealing when he drove out of the driveway. Bought my first Jaguar XF on Jan 4th, 2020. Karl Scott was our sales person, and he was wonderful the entire time. In spite of it being a used car sale (2017 Jaguar XF 35t Prestige RWD), the car looked new, and was sold to us as a CPO.
