Three phone calls to the service department. THREE. I drive a 2025 Range Rover Sport, still under factory warranty, and was informed that because I didn't purchase my vehicle from their dealership, I would not be considered a priority. I’ve had another great experience with Ian. He is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I recently had my Land Rover serviced for the second time (24 month appointment), and the experience was absolutely wonderful. On the day of service, I was able to be in and out within 5 minutes, and in less than 2-3 hours, the team was calling to let me know everything was all set. It was all so pleasant, something that is generally missing from most dealership experiences today. Very pleased with this dealership and plan to stick with them going forward!
