The service department is top notch. I called them with an issues the day before a long road trip and they got me in right away and fixed my issue. I would not hesitate to go there for any service needs. The staff is very friendly and took the time to explain the issues and answered all of my questions. I did purchase my vehicle from them and I would definitely buy from them again…they made the process simple and pleasurable.
The service staff are courteous, prompt, and professional. Overall, an excellent service experience.
Good selection and variety of vehicles were available to view at the dealership. Vehicle arrived a couple weeks earlier than promised.
I wish I could say my experience at Jaguar Land Rover of Rochester was worthy of the brand’s reputation, but it was more "check engine light" than luxury performance. My car was stuck in their shop for months while they failed to diagnose the issue. No loaner vehicle was offered, leaving me stranded and frustrated. It takes them nearly a full week just to get your car looked at, so be prepared to practice patience—or lose it entirely.
