Recently had my Land Rover serviced for the first time (one year appointment), and the experience was absolutely wonderful. I called to make the service appointment and was met with a very friendly staff member who got me situated, even providing a loaner without me having to ask. On the day of service, I was able to be in and out within 5 minutes, and in less than 2-3 hours, the team was calling to let me know everything was all set and chit chat with me about my experience with the vehicle thus far. From the moment I walked into Piehler Land Rover, I was treated like I mattered. The receptionist not only warmly greeted me, she showed some urgency in getting a service manager for me. My issue was a minor one, but the service manager solved the issue even when it looked like the service department might not have to the tool to do so (I had a non-oem part installed on my Range Rover which I needed their help removing).
