Land Rover of Richmond has a first-class service department! I recently dealt with Jeff Brunk after the rim was damaged on my new Range Rover Sport causing damage to the brake caliper. From my first call to picking up the vehicle, Jeff's service was unmatched! He kept me in the loop and went the extra mile to get my car completed as quickly as possible. I had pre-ordered the brake caliper and it was found out that it was back ordered with a several month lead time from the UK. They were able to find one at a dealer in Texas ... read more
Every single associate was very polite and accommodating to me even under unfavorable circumstances. The morning of my appointment most of their technicians called out of work but my car was still serviced as promised in a timely manner. I felt informed on the entire process due to the outstanding customer service and it made my experience of taking my car to get serviced for the first time memorable.
