I scheduled my appointment Saturday morning about 10am and sent an email using the service email provided in my confirmation to ask a question ahead of the Monday scheduled appointment. I haven’t received a response to that one yet. I should have expected what followed. Worth driving 45 minutes further than the closer Rover dealer - this place is that good. 10/10. And your mind will be blown how clean they will return your car - whoever does detailing at this place is a rockstar.
