purchased Defender w Andrew as the sales contact. He was superb. Trying to sell a car but in an open, informed way. They drove a hard bargain on trade in price, but then all dealers try it. Paperwork lengthy but very well organised.
I had the worst experience ever with the service department at this dealership. From the start, communication was practically nonexistent. No one answered the phone, and when they did communicate, it was mostly through vague text messages with little to no explanation. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get my Range Rover inspected. After it was finally inspected, it took two full working days to receive the inspection report and estimate. Once I approved the repairs, it took days just to order the parts. By far the best car buying experience I've had! The dealership matches the quality of the cars they sell and is a pleasure to hang out in. But really the best part is the service. Yanni is the man. If he doesn't know the answer to your question, he finds the answer in minutes. He jokes the "he comes with the car" but I can attest that he's there help AFTER you've left the lot with your car, which in my experience is rare! And Marco in customer relations really cares about your experience and goes to great lengths to show it.... read more
