MASSIVE thanks to the service department! 9:30am Monday morning, my "low coolant" warning came on ahead of a 2hr drive out to the CA desert. I drove in and without an appointment, under 15min later I was driving away with a fresh top-up. It's a very small gesture, but incredible customer service from the team that kept our road trip on-track. THANKS SO MUCH!
Awful. Made an appt to see a car, drove all the way down to this location and when I walked in the girl today me they were selling the exact vehicle I was there to see to someone else. She had no clue what she was talking about when I asked her questions about the car and if I could at least see the model (since I had only seen it online). She didn’t even know what the car looked like and walked me to a different model. I couldn’t understand half of what she was trying to say to me. She has no business being in sales.
