I had an extremely disappointing experience with Land Rover Pasadena. I purchased a vehicle with the clear intent to export it overseas and requested the original title and bill of sale. Instead of honoring that, the dealership insisted on sending the title to the DMV to transfer it to my name, which I reluctantly agreed to. Purchased a used car three weeks ago from Land Rover Pasadena. On my way home both front axles broke causing me to temporarily lose control of the vehicle and immediately exited the freeway. Called the used car manager Mike Brown and was told the car was inspected and they found no issues. Followed up with three emails notifying Mike Brown and GM Philippe Navaeu of the dangerous situation they put me in with no regard for my safety. NO RESPONSE.
