Just unreal how I was treated at this dealership! 1 1/2 year you had my car! And you could not even tell me about cut Abs Wires and a laundry list, like rear lights on assembly you fixed! Along with other things I paid you to fix! $7 gs I paid you! Just wow!
I called today to make an appointment, and the service technician hung up on me. I've gotten excellent service, and I've had the worst service here. It's about 50/50. I really hope you get the few good techs they have here. The bad techs are awful, I've waited a couple of days for a reply, and today, the tech hung up on me. The good technicians actually ask questions and want to help. Thank you, good technicians!!!
