I wish you were in Lancaster
Everybody was absolutely professional, kept me informed during the diagnostic process and repair. Bill was higher than I wanted it to be but not higher than I agreed to. 3 months later the ac stopped working they not only repaired it for free they gave me a loaner which speaks volumes about the dealership. I didn't even buy the car there.
Service department provided a great experience. Timely, clear communication and professional interaction. Five stars! Thank you.
