Extremely rude and insensitive sales manager Marcus Hawkins. Rudely said that it is my car and I will do whatever I want. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. They treat you as if you are irrelevant and are not willing to even listen to you. They will do whatever they want you to do. There are many other places to shop around.
Worst dealership ever. I have been in the car business for 20 years & know how this is supposed to work. They treated my daughter that is young (25 yo) as if she couldn’t afford or buy the unit, so they profiled her, were very rude to her & talked down to her, especially Todd!! Then when I got involved, I offered 95K plus TT&L for the car. They accepted.
