I hate to write this review, but I am not recommending Land Rover Frisco for sales of Land Rover Range Rovers. We negotiated a written deal with **** on a new Range Rover and at the last minute, they pulled a bait and switch and added on $12k to the purchase price, siting the manager wanted to "change the tires." Disappointed and not how a reputable dealer needs to do business with the public. Let's get away from these business practices and band together to not support dealerships that do business this way.
Their word is no good! Be careful dealing with this car place! Would not buy a new/used car there nor recommend to anyone!

Extremely rude and insensitive sales manager Marcus Hawkins. Rudely said that it is my car and I will do whatever I want. Would never recommend anyone to buy a car from this place. They treat you as if you are irrelevant and are not willing to even listen to you. They will do whatever they want you to do. There are many other places to shop around.
Worst dealership ever. I have been in the car business for 20 years & know how this is supposed to work. They treated my daughter that is young (25 yo) as if she couldn’t afford or buy the unit, so they profiled her, were very rude to her & talked down to her, especially Todd!! My wife and I purchased a vehicle there on August 7, 2021, and it is now March 7, 2022 and we still have not received our title or license plates for the vehicle. I have talked to them on the phone and I have made 3 trips to the dealership to try to get it resolved, without any satisfaction. I have never had such poor customer service. If I don't contact them, there is no communication at all concerning the issue. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Their service department needs a thorough culling. SLOVENLY, HORRIBLE, POINTLESS, and IRREVERENT. And honestly, the brand is going down the tube anyway so it isn't a tragedy. I asked for a service, and was given a time a week in the future. Fair enough. I turn the car over to them the night before so they could service it and state inspect it from a cool engine. I have been searching for a new Range Rover for a while. After speaking with David the salesperson we got the British royal treatment upon arriving. David sat with us and went over all the details of the vehicle. We took a brief drive over the test track then out on the road.
