I can’t say enough about the exemplary service I received from this dealer. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina when unbeknownst to me the coolant had leaked out of my engine, causing it to overheat in West Virginia. My wife took our Range Rover to this Charleston dealership and she had it checked and it had a misfire before we even went up there. They told her that it was an update needing done to fix the issue so they said they done the update and the check engine light went off and when we got up the next morning the light was back on and the misfire was still happening. Made an appointment to have a key programmed for a 2016 LR4. Fob stopped working. Had to have it towed from 3 counties away to the tune of $700.00 only to get there and they tell the tow truck driver they can't program those keys any more. AAAAAARRGGGGHHHH! Off to Columbus. This place stinks and so does Landrover everywhere on service. Terrible.
Luke Sanson went above and beyond for his customers, on his day off I might add, to help a couple regain access to their new vehicle after their keys had become deactivated. He quickly responded to their needs and ensured they were cared for appropriately. The couple were already loyal customers, but Luke returned the loyalty ten-fold this day. He follows through his promise to always make sure the client is cared for, just like he does for all of his customers. Contact him for your next purchase!
Just bought two new cars from them. Brian Lister was awesome to work with. Great guy and made sure that the buying process was seamless. I ended up running over a piece of metal two days after buying the car and got a flat. I called Brian and he took care of getting the car towed 65 miles back to the shop and then delivered it back to me so that I would be able to use it in time for a work trip. One of the best customer services experiences I have had buying a car. Thanks for everything.
