Just purchased a Range Rover. My third Land Rover and my eleventh car from them. Every purchase, the sales and customer service was excellent. I won’t go anywhere else.
Have been taking our vehicles here for about two years. Vehicle Services provided have been satisfactory. Three stars is due to customer service. It usually takes about two to three phone call attempts to get in touch with someone from the servicing department. Leaving a message will not get a call back. Have to follow up with them for status updates during the course of vehicle repairs, my last repair was quoted at three days, on day 5 I called and they said they needed more time. I can’t say enough about the exemplary service I received from this dealer. I was traveling from Pennsylvania to South Carolina when unbeknownst to me the coolant had leaked out of my engine, causing it to overheat in West Virginia. When I was towed to Astorg, they immediately jumped into action to take care of me. Not only by assuring me that the cost of the towing and my unexpected hotel stay would be covered, but they also paid for my dinner. My wife took our Range Rover to this Charleston dealership and she had it checked and it had a misfire before we even went up there. They told her that it was an update needing done to fix the issue so they said they done the update and the check engine light went off and when we got up the next morning the light was back on and the misfire was still happening.
