This place is a joke!!! The worst service ever… I waited 6 hours for a car wash and a recall check and not to mention my truck was supposed to be appraised and I never got an answer… This place has for sure went straight to hell!!! And it’s sad cause I like the trucks but the folks that work there aren’t worth two cents!!! I hope management make changes soon cause if not I will not be buying my third Range Rover from Annapolis!!!! I want to state how wonderfully serviced. My experience was at Land Rover Annapolis. My advisor, Jonathan he does an outstanding job as my sales advisor helping connect me with the appropriate services for my vehicle. This particular time I needed a brake service he was able to get a loaner car from me with the approval of my friend and the sales manager, Bill.
