Made an appointment to get my key reprogrammed and little warranty work. Wilmer went above and beyond to make my experience excellent! He was very kind and understanding - I don't live close by - and he helped get my issues resolved with a smile. He is a great asset to JLRA!
Melissa is a gem. She actually really helped me with my car when I had to make a claim under my Warranty. they did away with loaner vehicles. They do offer an Uber, but that does not help when you Need to run an errand. Also, they never gave me a front tag which is causing me major problems with the MVA
JR at Land Rover of Annapolis was an absolute joy to work with. Most people don’t expect a pleasant experience when something goes wrong with their car, but JR was knowledgeable, humble, kind, and genuinely gracious from start to finish. JR made every possible accommodation to ensure my experience remained positive, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the support and attention I received.
