Jay Kaveman is the best person in service here at Anaheim Hills. Professional, polite and on top of it! 5 star customer service.
Service staff is super nice. Chris Devilla is really helpful. No more loaner vehicles so be prepared with credit card to rent one from Enterprise located conveniently on site.
Be prepared to pay them to let you take a loaner vehicle. Apparently taking your $70K vehicle isnt collateral enough
