Really poor experience purchasing a luxury vehicle. Service is very disappointing. Been waiting on a new key for 9 months now, any time I call I get hung up on from Parts.
This place is very unethical bought a car Saturday and came back the next only to drive up to them closing the deal with other buyers.Do not deal with this place very bad management.
Awesome, timely and efficient
I took my car in to the Service Department on a Friday and dropped it off with Amish Patel. I was told he would be the one to correspond with me, and he texted me his phone number that day. Monday and Tuesday came and went and there was no communication from anyone from Jaguar or the service provider that was supposed to be updating me. I called on Wednesday, bc enough was enough.
