Tabitha did a wonderful job as our realtor. She spent countless hours searching for the perfect home. She answered every question we had with kindness. Her and the Land pros team made it a easy and smooth experience!
Don’t even waste your time with this realtor. We had a scheduled appointment to see a house they had listed. The realtor Caitlyn Paxton says she had no idea she was to show the house and then was making up all the excuses in the world why she couldn’t show it for a week to week and half . Then we set an appointment only to get a text message saying it’s no longer for sale. But here it is almost 2 weeks ago and it’s still listed on their website for SALE! Waste of time!!!!!!!!
Scam company. Predatory business practices. Will buy your information and message you based off it. If you do anything with them expect to lose whatever you put in.
Fantastic people to deal with! Tammy was great to work with and showed she knew the market. She advised me on what the selling points and draw-backs of the property I was wanting to sell. She put the listing up and we had a full price offer in 2 days. She kept me informed of how the sale was progressing and I really felt superfluous beyond signing the papers. I really appreciate working with her.
