I lived here before now my mother does she has been complaining about getting headaches they said she needs get doctor note she went hospital awhile back her apt got flooded that can cause mildew/moist they need move her too a different unit and fix problem apts are suppose help their residents not tellm they need get their head checked fix the problem maybe you wont get complaints
